According to Kicker, Mario Gómez will extend his contract with the Red Bull Group as Technical Director until 2028. Since 2022, Mario Gómez has served as Technical Director in the football division of the Red Bull Group, and he will now extend his contract with the group until 2028.

Explaining his motivation, Mario Gómez said: “I enjoy engaging with different cultures. One of our most important tasks is understanding how to motivate and attract employees from different locations. It’s not an easy job, as we need to maintain a broad perspective while also paying close attention to details.”

He added: “I’m very satisfied with my work. Being able to work alongside Mintzlaff, who is an absolutely top-level manager in my eyes, is a great opportunity for me, and I still have a lot to learn.”
