Madura United has officially announced the arrival of a new foreign player during the midseason transfer window. The Colombian playmaker, Brayan Angulo, has joined the club to bolster their midfield and has already arrived in Indonesia to begin training with the team.

According to Annisa Zhafarina, the Director of PT. PBMB, the signing of Brayan Angulo is aimed at helping the team, which has struggled in the first half of Liga 1, currently sitting at the bottom of the standings.

She emphasized that Angulo's addition is vital for turning around the team's fortunes, stating that he was brought in to help Madura United recover from their challenging position.

Brayan, who has previously played alongside Lulinha at Pafos FC in the Cyprus League in 2019, is expected to quickly adapt and contribute to the team’s gameplay.

The 35-year-old midfielder has already joined Madura United’s training sessions at Gelora Bangkalan Stadium in preparation for the upcoming Liga 1 fixtures. Angulo will wear the number 70 jersey as he begins his journey with the team.
