Revised Draw for 2025 Liga 4 National Stage Revealed: Full Group Breakdown for Top 64 Teams

The revised draw for the 2025 Liga 4 National Stage was officially completed on Monday, April 14. A total of 64 teams have been divided into 16 groups of four, and the competition is set to kick off from April 21 to 26, 2025.
The redraw was mandated by PSSI Chairman Erick Thohir following concerns over the professionalism and transparency of the initial draw held on April 10. As a result, the group stage lineup for the Round of 64 has been adjusted, with changes to both team placements and hosting arrangements.
Ten teams have been selected to serve as hosts across various groups, while six match venues are being provided by regional football associations (Asprov) in East Java, Central Java, Bali, and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Fans can catch all the action via the official PSSI TV YouTube channel.
The national round of Liga 4 will adopt a single round-robin format in the group stage, meaning each team plays three matches. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the Round of 32.
As it stands, 58 teams have already confirmed their spots in the national round. However, representation from DKI Jakarta (3 teams), Southwest Papua (1 team), and Central Papua (1 team) is still pending the conclusion of provincial qualifiers. Meanwhile, one spot from West Nusa Tenggara remains undecided after the withdrawal of Garuda Muda FC, the provincial runner-up.
Competition Schedule:
The group stage is scheduled over six days. Matchday 1 is set for April 21, followed by the second matchday on April 23–24, and the final group matches on April 26. All games will be held at centralized venues selected by PSSI.
The top two teams from each of the 16 groups will progress to the Round of 32. From there, teams will aim to reach the quarter-finals, where eight promotion slots to Liga Nusantara (Liga 3 Indonesia) will be up for grabs.
